However update your site one article in a day is better than you update your site with seven articles a day but only that day in a week. My site was not updated for 5 days and I the sixth day I was updating the site with 6 articles.

What happend to my site is that this site face alexa rank decrease. Before the update it was 386.xxx but after the update it become 508.828. so keep to update your website in a day although only with oe article. Keep blogging guys
