This is a sentence that already i found from The adsense master cosaaranda.com. In his article it was written down “Learn like a newbie, Work like a master”. What do you thnk about. This is what often happend in many people wh think that they are newbie or they have become a master. A ew be refer to fresh man in their field meanwhile master is refer to people who have become an expert in their field. We might often see there were who said that they are newbie meanwhile they have been able to work well, they have had enough kenowledge. This way of thinking is not good for an improvement. So does with an assume that we are a master. It can make us less of improvement too as we think that we are the best, we are the expert.

So how do we place our self ??? We van pick up a sentence from cosaaranda.com that i have written above. It explain us that we have to learn as mauch as possible as we still become a newbie. But when we work we have to get a confidence as we have become an expert means that we can do it. Fairly this change my way to think. I realize that this is right.
