13. Then type password that you have made, click confirm, click continue
14. If you have type credit card data you will find an expanded option reading which suggest you to become the verified member Paypal.

• if you agree to become the verified member you must click on Get number to get 4 digits that will be sent to monthly bill. You are required to pay $ 1,95 each month. After you receive 4 digits security code you have to log in to your account. Click Activate Account - Complete Expanded Use Enrollment on My Account page and this is the last step
• If you refused to become the verified member you just pass the expanded version and go to my account page.
• If you are unverified member you will have $100 that can be use for transaction.
• If you have not Insert your credit card number you can click on Add card in My Account page.
• To get the limitation you have to be registered as a verified member.
• To withdraw your money you have to become verified member
